BESSEMER, Ala. – Senior Vanessa Leiterman is in first and the 21st-ranked Huntingdon women’s golf team is two strokes out of first after the opening round of the BSC Southern Shootout on Monday. Leiterman shot a season-best 1-over-par 73 and leads the field by one stroke. In a 10-team field that includes seven nationally ranked teams, Huntingdon shot 316 and is in third entering Tuesday’s final round.

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – The Huntingdon women’s golf team shot 327 in the final round of the Jekyll Island Invitational on Sunday and tied for eighth with a three-round total of 969.
