Hawks improve to 3-0

Results

MONTGOMERY, Ala.  – The Huntingdon women's tennis team downed Belhaven University 7-2 on Saturday.

The Hawks won two of the three doubles matches with the No. 2 team (Madeline Creel and Lucy Burch) and No. 3 team (Allison Stegall and Alex Burnham) earning wins.

In singles, Creel (No. 2), Burnham (No. 3), Burch (No. 4), Stegall (No. 5) and Alonda Weaver (No. 6) each won in straight sets.

 

Records: Huntingdon (3-0); Belhaven (1-3)

                                                                                               

Coming Up: Huntingdon hosts Louisiana College on Sunday.
