Kevin Shaw Secures Second Selection As SLIAC Wrestler Of The Week

ST. LOUIS, Missouri- For the second time this season, Huntingdon's Kevin Shaw has been deemed the SLIAC Men's Wrestler of the Week. 

The Clarksville, Tennessee native pieced together a string of exemplary performances at the Cumberland Open yesterday, finishing the tournament with a spotless 5-0 record and a tournament title. On his championship run, Kevin placed ahead of two wrestlers ranked inside the NAIA's top-10 in the 197 lb weight class. His second selection as the men's wrestler of the week makes him the first wrestler in the conference to receive the award more than once this season for the men. 

Shaw and the Hawks will look to keep rolling at the SLIAC Conference Championships on February 14th, hosted by Eureka College.
