MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women's basketball team closed out conference play with a 72-47 loss to LaGrange on Wednesday.
LaGrange (16-8, 10-5 USA South) built a 15-point lead in the first quarter, led by 20 points at halftime and led by as many as 32 points in the second half.
Savannah Ward led Huntingdon (9-12, 4-10 USA South) with nine points. Juliette Harp had 12 rebounds, eight points and three blocks.
Huntingdon travels to Judson on Thursday for a 6:30 p.m. game.
