Hawks Receive CSC Academic All-District In Softball

MONTGOMERY, Ala.- Five Huntingdon softball student-athletes  have been named by the College Sports Communicators(CSC, formerly COSIDA), to the Academic All-District Team.

This year's honorees are:

Kamryn Miller of Paxton, Florida

Kaylin Fincher of Phenix City, Alabama

Riley Rudick of Trussville, Alabama

Maddie Grace Hubbard of South Pittsburg, Tennessee

Addison Gaines of Peachtree City, Georgia

The 2026 Academic All-District® Softball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes softball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

In order to be selected, student-athletes must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA, be a sophomore or older, and compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearances OR pitched 35 innings.
