Huntingdon wins conference opener
BEREA, Ky. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team beat Berea 7-2 on Sunday to win its conference opener.
The Hawks took an early 2-1 lead after doubles before winning the top-five singles matches in straight sets.
Carson Sands (No. 1), Clint Robinson (No. 2), John David Bailey (No. 3), Cameron Reed (No. 4) and Domenic Terrell (No. 5) each earned singles victories. Robinson and Bailey both won 6-0, 6-0.
In doubles, the teams of Sands-Robinson (No. 1) and Bailey-Reed (No. 2) each earned victories.
