Jaxon Mcmonigle Named USA South Rookie Of The Week

MONTGOMERY, Ala.- The USA South Athletic Conference has released their Men's Lacrosse Athletes of the Week for the opening week of the 2025 season.

Jaxon Mcmonigle of Huntingdon lacrosse has been named the conference's rookie of the week. The freshman attackman from Woodville, Alabama scored four goals in the team's only contest last week, a 13-9 loss to Point. Mcmonigle also collected four ground balls in the defeat.

You can catch Jaxon and the Hawks back in action tomorrow, February 11th, as they face Oglethorpe University on the road. Gametime is scheduled for 6:00 PM CT.
