McReynolds Tabbed USA South Special Teams Player Of The Week

MONTGOMERY, Ala.- The USA South Athletic Conference has unveiled their weekly football awards following week two of the regular season. 

Huntingdon's own Timothy McReynolds has been selected as the conference's Special Teams Player of the Week. The Geneva, Alabama senior punt returner took a third quarter punt back 54 yards for a touchdown in a 30-28 loss to Hendrix. McReynolds' score brought the Hawks to within three points at the time of the touchdown. On the offensive side of the ball, McReynolds also tacked on 5 receptions for 73 yards and 2 touchdowns. 

McReynolds and the Hawks return to action this Saturday, September 20th, at home against McMurry. Kickoff is set for 1:00 PM
