Ramey Named Week One CCS Pitcher Of The Week

ATLANTA, Ga.- Following his exemplary performance in the Hawks 12-0 run-rule victory over Berea, Jable Ramey has been recognized as the CCS Pitcher of the Week to open the season. 

Ramey, a left-handed pitcher from Vestavia, Alabama, delivered a dominant outing on the mound to lead Huntingdon to their second win of the season, pitching five scoreless innings, allowing just two hits while issuing no walks. Ramey struck out nine batters in the appearance, good enought to surpass his previous career high of 7.

Jable and the Hawks will look to keep rolling as they travel to face Emory University tomorrow, February 10th. First pitch is set for 1:00 PM CT.
