Huntingdon Athletics Welcomes Erin Burleson To Athletic Training Staff

MONTGOMERY, Ala.- Prior to the start of the 2025-26 Academic Year, Huntingdon Athletics has announced the addition of Erin Burleson to the Athletic Training Staff. 

Burleson comes to Huntingdon after serving as an Athletic Trainer for Encore Rehabilitation INC., facilitating athletic training services at Pike Road High School. Prior to serving in the Montgomery area, Erin served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Embry-Riddle University, working alongside the Women's Lacrosse and Softball programs. 

After receiving her Bachelor's Degree from Troy University in 2019,  Burleson took her skillset to the Division I level, taking a Graduate Assistant position at the University of Southern Mississippi while completing a Master's Degree in Sports Management in 2021. 

A member of the Southeast Athletic Trainers' Association, Burleson is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer, who also holds certifications in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Seizure Recognition and First Aid.
