Huntingdon women improve to 2-0 on opening weekend

PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Huntingdon women's basketball team picked up its second win to open the season with a 79-49 victory over Trinity College (Florida) on Saturday.

Alex Lowery scored 13 points to lead the Lady Hawks and Ry Whetstone added 12 points. Shaonica Thomas and Payton Kiser each finished with nine points. Mia Hudson had a team-high nine rebounds and eight points, Keturah Billen had eight points and T.I. Duncan finished with a team-high five assists.
