Huntingdon beats Maryville

MARYVILLE, Tenn. – The men's tennis team improved to 3-3 in conference with a 9-0 win over Maryville.

The Hawks swept the Scots in singles and doubles on Saturday.

In singles, No. 1 Mark Melchor, No. 2 Carson Sands, No. 3 Anjala Chandrasoma, No. 4 Clint Robinson, No. 5 Kevaughnte Merrion, and No. 6 Domenic Terrell each won their match.

In doubles, the No. 1 team of Melchor-Sands finished with an 8-6 win. The No. 2 team of Chandrasoma-Robinson won 8-0. The No. 3 team of Merrion-Terrell won 8-1.

Coming Up: The Hawks will travel to Orlando to compete in a Spring Break Tournament on Monday.
