Huntingdon men drop conference match to Covenant

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team lost 7-2 to Covenant in Friday's USA South Athletic Conference match.

The Hawks (7-11, 3-4 USA South) won one singles match and one doubles match.

The No. 3 doubles team of Ben Marler and Adam Self took an 8-5 victory before Maler won 6-2, 6-2 in the No. 5 singles spot.

Huntingdon hosts Piedmont on Saturday at 11 a.m.

No. 1: Harvie-Cox (CC) def. Jones-Burns (HC) 8-2

No. 2: Hull-Fox (CC) def. McQueen-Ryan Runager (HC) 8-5

No. 3: Self-Marler (HC) def. Connor Shimmel-Wood (CC) 8-5
